Shipping, returns and care information

Artwork is wrapped in acid free paper and packaged securely for shipping
All parcels are sent within three days of purchase via tracked delivery and you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been shipped.
Due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), which came into effect in December 2024, I can now only deliver to UK addresses. Delivery is free and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an insured, trackable, next day service. Items will require a signature on arrival. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.
Returns: I will accept returns. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please do ask before you purchase if you would like any more photos emailed across to you. I'm more than happy to do this.

If you would like to return an item please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Care: Crochet wall-hangings: This work is made from natural fibres and is therefore vulnerable to environmental damage. It is recommended that the work is not subjected to direct sunlight, in the unlikely event that pests are living in your home (e.g. moths), the piece can be steamed with a hand-held iron to ensure their demise (do not let the iron touch the fabric). Shark-yarn weavings: Dust may be removed using a soft, clean paintbrush. Please be aware thar humidity may affect the tendrils, causing them to tighten or loosen, I view this as part of the evolution of the work and a continuation of the conversation between it and the viewer.
