Shipping, returns and care information

• Please note that computer monitors vary and may not give an accurate representation of the colours in the work.

• Artwork is wrapped in acid free paper and packaged securely for shipping

• All parcels are sent within three days of purchase via tracked delivery and you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been shipped.

• If any international customs payments are required, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. 

• UK shipments are free and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an insured, trackable, next day service. Items will require a signature on arrival. International shipments are charged at a flat rate of £20, sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Shipping is only charged on the first item you order. For each additional item the shipping is free. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.

• Returns: I will accept returns. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  Please do ask before you purchase if you would like any more photos emailed across to you. I'm more than happy to do this.

  If you would like to return an item please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Care: This piece is made from natural fibres and is therefore vulnerable to environmental damage. It is recommended that the work is not subjected to direct sunlight, in the unlikely event that pests are living in your home (e.g. moths), the piece can be steamed with a hand-held iron to ensure their demise (do not let the iron touch the fabric).
